This place is perfect for quiet holiday closest to nature as you can imagine. We stayed for 12 days and we would love to stay even longer. If you want to get away from hectic city life, this is place for you to stay. We charged our battery to 150%.

I’d never been to Zakynthos and was really looking for a place where I can unwind from reality and have everything I need at the tip of my fingers. Not only did Nicholas’ and Dimitras’ place have the best beach in all of Zakynthos, but they also have the most dreamy land, thought out about in every corner. The entire place smells like fresh lavender from the garden and all the walkways are filled with beautiful olive trees. Dimitra brought us fresh apricots every morning from her sanctuary. Everything was so clean and well maintained. Dimitra and Nicholas are like that special aunt and uncle you’ve never had… The view from every spot on the estate is heart-melting. We really did not need to leave the premises. Next time I definitely will stay there the entire time and get lost in the fantasy. So lucky to have found this mesmerizing place 🐚🧡✨

Private villas are modern, well-appointed, bedding superb, shelves/armoires generous, outdoor spaces abundant! From the top of the property, all the way down to the water, you'll find well-manicured old olive trees, pines, jasmine, geraniums, lavender, and numerous sitting areas with views. Kitchen stocked with goodies, including eggs, olive oil and apricot preserves, from the property! 30+ minutes from downtown by car, along scenic winding roads. Small villages nearby. Two family-run taverns and a cafe nearby! Walking trails along the peninsula and over hills. Bring water shoes, expect ascents/descents, stone steps to beach. Dimitra and Nikos, awesomely welcoming and knowledgeable! Enjoyed 12 breathtaking pre-season days at Lithalona with friends dabbling in art. Hope to return soon with entire family!
